Free shipping is available for orders within Australia.
The StayPut bed sheet has been made for Australian beds. Due to the variations in standard mattress sizes between countries, the StayPut bed sheet may not fit non Australian beds. We are, however happy to assist international customers where possible. For more information please Contact Us.
Processing your order and availability
We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible – typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment, however, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days. Processing times are provided as a guide only. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
In the event that the products ordered by you are not in stock, StayPut will inform you and supply you with a date of availability. If this does not suit you StayPut will refund the money.
We deliver orders via Australia Post eParcel, a service which provides electronic tracking and the security of signature on delivery. We, therefore, recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If your order includes any oversized items, we may elect to send your order via one of our freight services (of which you will be advised). If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left to let you know at which local Australia Post outlet your parcel is available for collection.
All orders require a signature on receipt. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
Delivery to major cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania usually arrives within 1-3 working days. Other cities and locations will usually arrive within 2-5 working days. More remote interstate locations may experience a longer delivery timeframe. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorisation or reliance on external freight services. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
Refund and Exchange Policy
StayPut strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality. If however, you are not happy with the product, or you just change your mind, then please contact us within 14 daysof receipt. The cost of returning goods, because of a change in mind or error in purchase, will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or defective, goods will be replaced or refunded at no charge.
You must not return goods without prior contact with StayPut. We will give you a return address and instructions for the safe return of goods. All returned goods must be in original condition, ie, unopened and in their original packaging. Exchanges and Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
